SBC’s Choreography Project gives our dancers the unique and invaluable experience of working directly with professional choreographers while discovering and honing their own unique artistic voices. Students will immerse themselves in the complete creative process—from the initial studio conceptualization to an intimate in-house showing, culminating in a formal year-end stage performance. Dancers gain a comprehensive, firsthand understanding of how an original piece of choreography is built from the ground up for the stage.
