Intro to Ballet Registration Form

Welcome to the enrollment form for our Intro to Ballet program! Designed specifically for young dancers, this program establishes foundational ballet positions, movements, and concepts. No audition is required—completing this form serves as your official registration for the program.

Commitment: Trimester-based (Fall, Winter & Spring)

Tuition:

• Intro 1: $150/month (includes two classes per week)

• Intro 2: $300/ per month (includes 3 classes per week)

Available Levels:

• Level 1 (Ages 4–5): An introduction to foundational ballet concepts.

• Schedule: Monday & Wednesday, 10am-11am.

• Level 2 (Ages 6–8): Advanced foundations designed to prepare students for entry into the Conservatory Program.

• Schedule: Tuesday & Friday 4pm-5pm, Saturday 10am-11am
