Intro to Ballet Registration Form
Welcome to the enrollment form for our Intro to Ballet program! Designed specifically for young dancers, this program establishes foundational ballet positions, movements, and concepts. No audition is required—completing this form serves as your official registration for the program. Tuition for this program is due on the 1st of each month, beginning in September. Payments may be made via check or online invoice using your preferred payment method
Commitment: Trimester-based (Fall, Winter & Spring)
Fall: September 9th, 2026-December 19th, 2026
Winter: January 4th, 2027- March 27th, 2027
Spring: March 29th, 2027 - June 12th, 2027
Full year: September 9th, 2026 - June 12th, 2027
Tuition:
Intro 1: $210/month (includes two classes per week)
1 Day per Week – Wednesdays Only (10:00 AM – 11:00 AM) — $104/month
2 Days per Week – Mondays & Wednesdays (10:00 AM – 11:00 AM) — $210/month
Intro 2: $225 per month (includes two classes per week)
1 Day per Week – Mondays Only (4:00PM – 5:00PM) — $112/month
2 Days per Week – Monday & Thursday (4:00PM– 5:00PM) — $225/month
Available Levels:
Level 1 : An introduction to foundational ballet concepts.
Schedule: Monday & Wednesday, 10am-11am. (approximate age 4-6yrs)
Level 2: Advanced foundations designed to prepare students for entry into the Conservatory Program.
Schedule: Monday & Thursday 4pm-5pm (approximate age (6-8yrs)
